Vacuum seems LOW

My gauge? Mechanical... Off of a tap that was put into the intake manifold.

You buy a tap and the right size drill and go to,town . I believe you would need a 1/8" NPT tap FYI

Update
Stopped by a shop today and the mechanic liked the car so much he hooked up a smoke machine to it for free and we found ZERO leaks then he hooked up a mechanical vacuume gauge and found I'm actually at 17psi at idle! Gauge shows from -7 to -10.
Tested my vacuume/boost sensor and it not reading the ohms properly causing my readings to be off! I've order new sensor.

If that ga is reading from a MAP sensor, it's getting a volt reading, not ohms...
