when installing new valve springs should i go ahead and put in new exhaust valve stem seals like the ones ive seen some vendors selling?

The guides have to be machined down before you can put seals on the exhausts.

im sorry i meant intake stem seals. i was talking about the ones vendors say replace that are only on the intake valves. what are those called and do they reqire machining /c ive never heard of this from any vendor. im confused

Felpro Viton seals from a decent parts house.

They should have them singly for sale in a big bag on the back shelf.

Oil 'em up and slide 'em on. Easy and quick.

Pulled my olds one off with a Ferd spark plug wire removal tool.
