Just got these back from my welder. Not an original idea but had a bunch of rockers / shafts so had him weld these up for me. Works on all shaft mounted rocker heads. Just mount on the rocker shaft pedestal, slide the rocker on to the shaft and use a 9/16" wrench or socket to compress the spring. I made one like that except I didn't cut the shaft that way the load is spread out on the head. I also welded a 3/8 drive socket onto a notch I ground into the back of the rocker. This worked very well when compressing my PAC 1203 springs. They were pretty stiff!!!

Can I make a suggestion??? Make the shaft long enough to span at least two pedestals. With that short shaft there's going to be some huge side loads on the one pedestal!!

Yeah you already said that in my other thread. Others are selling basically the same setup, no problems noted.

With the vast majority running weak springs the amount of side loading is irrelevant IMO. If it was a double spring setup with over
400 open I'd probably use a different compressor. A stud could be threaded into the pedestal for further engagement than the bolt if needed.

Here is the one I made. I use a full length rocker shaft with all three bolts on the head. Works great.

I have one of those also BUT it won't work on double springs.
