Valve wear below keeper grove

Hi. I have a couple OE exhaust valves that have wear grove just st below where the keeper sits. Is this normal. I have a used set that has 4 out of the 6 with this grove. Is it OK to use these ?

Yes the look fine . Are u going to put a back cut on them and gain a decent amount of flow from them?
 
Thanks. Can u please explain why 1 valve has the grove and the other doesn't. The heads are getting ported now. Thanks for all replies
 
That's not wear, that's an oil step on the exhaust valves to limit oil burning (since Buick didn't include seals on the ex side).

....what Dank mentioned.... Both of these are factory exhaust valves.
