I have been following the discussion on the mease D/P issue. Some of the members have been harsh on those looking for a better deal and implied they should support the vendors that have supported the buick community like terry houston etc. I am new to the buick experience and had a problem installing a product i purchased from terry houston.I will tell you I have never seen a vendor respond as fast or as concerned as terrry has to my problem.The problem was related to another part my car had on it that wasnt made by Terry that interfered with Terrys part. Terry is bending over backwards to solve my problem and even offered to update the part I bought from him months ago because he has made improvements to the design. That is customer service guys?) I guess Mr woods had some valid points about the vendors who have supported the buick guys all along. Terry Houston is deffinately one of the best.
 
Glad to see this, Terry Houston has given me and everyone I have sent to him best service and support possible. He always returns his calls besides making the best DP and headers that I have seen.

I bought my TH downpipe long ago & it fit perfectly with absolutly no problems. I have since upgraded my broken motor mounts to the Paul Ferry HRpartsNstuff poly mounts & now the TH is interferring with the heater box & the seam on the firewall. The reason for this interference is the poly mounts raised the motor as much as 1/4". I've considered modifying the firewall , but the heater box is another problem. I've also considered modifying the TH dp.
I'm currently at a loss as to how to contact Terry Houston. I can't find him listed in my normal search patterns.
Can someone please post Terry Houstons contact info?
I would rathar fork over a modest stipend to have an upgraded dp.

I have noticed that most of the better vendors don't spend time bad mouthing their competition. Perhaps class does count.
 
Terry is awesome to deal with. VERY good customer service, VERY good parts. IMO, someone who works that hard deserves our business.
