I use this company and they have been 1 st class if you have a problem http://www.1-voip.com/residential-voip.php , I have been using this company for about 2and 1/2 years and will never switch back , check them out plus you are not under contract with them , and quit any time

I have been with Vonage 5+ years and they have been a good service for me.

I especially like their voicemail service which will email you the voice recording as well as an auto-transcribed text of the voicemail as part of the standard service.
