volant cold air kit for chevy trucks,etc

i have for sale a volant cold air kit that came off of my 2006 silverado,i traded it in so i took the cold air kit off,it worked great and helped with the mpg's,it also made it sound like it had a big 4 barrell on it.i paid 329.99i'll take $175.00 obo,i don't need it so make a reasonable offer,here are the vehicles that it fits.

Is it only up to 2006 ? I have an 2007 Denali I wonder if it fit ?

not sure,i just bought a 2010 sierra denali and it bolts in and mounts the same ,but where the mass air goes is not the same,i could make it work but i'm not gonna rig it
