I went 11.03 @ 24 lbs with VPE St. 3 heads as well.. Theses are the heads that D Bradford is talking about as he's the one that put them on the car.. I'm not really up on ported irons an what they will do as far as power an ET for what has been done to them but I would say the results are pretty decent.. I remember the guy told Dusty that he has a specific way that he flowed them thus the higher flow rates.. I have a copy of the flow sheet is anyone thinks theres is  IDENTICAL  !!!!

Called my friend on his flow numbers
VPE stage 3

Lift intake exhaust
400 205 174
450 212 178
500 218 184
550 220 184
600 223 184

I just had a call from the Reynolds event earlier. A car with a set of our ported irons w/ Ferrea valves flowed approx. 190cfm on our bench just went 9.8's @ 133+ mph.

These heads have an almost identical flow graph compared to the Champion irons. Again, I'd like to flow a set of these VPE's on our bench.

I cant see the stock iron heads ported flowing 220@.500 not without the intake valve being moved and a larger size incorporated. That would be some really expensive work. I too would like to see the numbers from an independant bench.
