Someone needs to design a dual pick up Hydramat.....
1.Or make a "kit" to remove part of the stock tank top & baffles, and add a replacement top section with a properly designed baffle system...
2. Build a tank to fit the stock location with the proper internals and good access.
It's only money folks!;)

Ricks Tanks Tank with a DW X2 fuel pump module (only holds the 340's not the 400's unfortunately). Tank also has corner pick ups. Expensive but cheaper than a new motor. I had an issue with the one of the pumps and while it was being warrantied I had a single 525 with a hydramat in the tank and had no issues below 1/2 tank.

Those Rick's tanks are beauties. Installed one with twin 525 pumps into a pro touring GN.

I've seen the same even with a stock tank too, and even the station wagon tank which is a deep & narrow design. When getting close to 1/2 tank the ECUGN will catch the fuel pressure drop and activate the safety shutdown. Doesn't happen when the tank is full.
I set the fuel pressure safety pretty tight, 0.1 seconds.
Good thing you have that computer system upgrade!

Got some goodies while I was out on vacay Christmas came a little early.

Now I just need some of Eric's 120lb injectors and a saucy ol' tune to hit the streets.

9.87 @ 134 single 525 pump
very impressive but I know myself... down the road if i want to upgrade to a 6466 and make some more steam I'd rather have the dual 340's and I'll already have it done.

are you on stock compression? 9.87 with those mods is MOVING

3700LBS running 9.87 trapping 134mph is around 720-760 crank hp on 1/4 hp estimator..

that means this turbo is good for 620-640whp with this setup how it is.

I was told 6266 all in with decent heads and a small roller cam would be maxed out completely at 560-580whp.

I have seen some of Bisons older posts with what he did with a 62 and it was around upper 590's as well I believe
