We put the squeeze to dynoman car when it was on the old combo
Duty cycle on 120s was well over 90% nearing 100 with boost in the 35+psi range.
It did it
but....there was no cushion and the conditions were good.
His car is an little heavier.
We had more pump it was not a 525 he had more fuel sytem than injector.
It was on a stock computer with a very small correction window.
Upgraded the computer and decided from a safety factor to go bigger on the injector to get that cushion back😉

I’m still running the stock computer . I need to upgrade

Originally I wanted to throw 28-29lbs at this thing but its moving along quite nicely even at 21lbs hahah

fuel pressure is solid glad i went with dual 340's for that extra cushion

I cant imagine this 6266 with 28lbs behind it

Nothing lasts forever...... This 525 pump was 5 years old and it was giving up.
It did a great job when it was younger though.

No messing around.... went ahead and installed a twin 525 pump hanger kit from Racetronix. She's strong now.
There's a bump in the blue where the 2nd pump is ramping in. I can tweak that by having it come in a bit later.
It's always nice to see fuel pressure that's on the strong side.

My old car made 682whp with a single 525 and volt booster on E85. Maintained fuel pressure with no issues.

This snip is from our Buick V6 powered station wagooon messing around on the street at the turbo farm last week. This pump is about 2 years old and still running strong (quite strong it seems).
525 pump on a chevy Astrovan hanger. -6AN feed & return. 120LB injectors. Racetronix regulator with fuel pressure sensor. Racetronix fuel filter. E85. 15.4V (Casper volt booster). 10 gauge power feed and a 10 gauge ground wire to the battery. Racetronix "HD" in-tank wiring too.
Ran the injectors past 90% duty.
