I'm a graphic artist, and by that chart I'd be mid career and pushing a higher percentile. I don't think I'm mid career at 37 years old, so I must be overpaid?!?!

been at same job 24 years salary hasnt went up in 4 years but company pays family medical .that has went up dramaticly .and i still pay the same as 5 years ago . take your blessings as the come could be worse

My job is not listed there but I will claim I am underpaid.

According to that table I am grossly overpaid. But the table is for undergrad degrees and about 10 years of experience. I'd be on a different table.

I find it interesting that they're calling 'about 10 years' mid-career. Is it the norm to retire when you're 40 now?

Must be when you have grads with 3 years experience who "think" they are ready to be Directors's, AND, have convinced VP's of this.
