What is your budget? It is always going to be cheaper to buy one done and complete then building one from scratch .

Let's see. How do I put this? OK, here goes.

There were a lot of very personal owner specific design choices made when this car was built. This is going to be tough to sell to anyone not prepared to invest the incredible amount of time and money to possibly reverse these things.
