Problem: Boost levels off at 15psi at 3/4 throttle then goes up gradually with rpm to 25psi at full throttle.
My thought: Maybe bad actuator, currently I have a high boost actuator from Precision Turbo <than 1yr old.
I have checked: all vaccum lines 5+ times, tried different settings on actuator, vaccum pressure at idle is good 15 in hg.
It used to work great, it would hold steady at 17 or higher, where ever I set it.
