It's in Ocean City MD. Best car show in the country. This video barely scratches the surface. The show goes on for 4 days and is about 100 blocks long. Been there many times.

Not enough room for racing really. It's a bumper to bumper traffic jam. If I had to guess between the participants and spectators there's at least 10,000 vehicles on the streets at any given time. Lots of stoplight burn outs though. Gotta be careful. While OCPD does a lot of "looking the other way" the state troopers do not.

Long story short, 20 something kid speeding up and down coastal highway on a crotch rocket, cops give chase, kid takes off and winds up blowing a red light at about 125 when he hits a F350. Yes body parts all over the intersection, including head still in helmet. Sad.
His body actually did considerable damage to the front of the F350.
