If one upgrades to a water cooled turbo, do you plumb it to the throttle body crossover?

I checked that thread. If it's the definative answer it looks like no. Seems like it would be an easy install. If it's the same coolant temp, why plumb it to the manifold as illustrated in the thread?

Is it a question of flow rate? Not enough coolant through the crossover?
