What are you guys doin to replace this. Is the one from kirbans for $30 the only one. Just wondering if somebody new of one you could buy at the parts store. My oreillys dont list anything for it.

If you're not going "concours", just delete the thing and make a teensy bit more room in that area...

No listing at parts stores but grab your old one and match it with one there. I did and it was an exact match for like $8 or something like that.

If not an exact match I found where you would just have to trim and end or two down a bit.

ok guys thanks for the info these are the part #'s i came up with to match the factory hoses to gates hoses with your guys info.
Heater metal line to water pump is 19603.
Water pump to intake S hose is 19598.
And i also deleted the vaccum valve water valve to the heater and found a solid hose that fits perfect. Its 19048 and all these are gates hoses.

Last one at rockauto.com if anyone is interested.

GOODYEAR Part # 173 Freshstart Hose
Upper Radiator Hose Except TURBOCHARGED,CURVED - CUT TO FIT [Wholesaler Closeout - Private Label Pkg. - 30 Day Warranty] (Only 1 Remaining)

It would be $13.00 to my door with shipping.

I run these - For the upper - and keep that coolant heat rise away from the MAF pipe.
So they say - But I'll assume every little bit helps!

Same on the lower, but the benefit is more cosmetic.

It's also one less piece of rubber to worry about - albeit it has silicone rubber connectors on each end

As far as heater hoses:
I'm more of detail nut under the hood, and really prefer the looks of the aftermarket (GBody Parts / GN Specialites / Kirban) silicone "J" and "S" hoses as well.
That regular rubber is always begging for protectant treatment to look decent.
But neither the chrome or the silicone makes it run any faster.

I bought a new one from my local napa (11.00 bucks) so i bought the last two they had also for spares. I'll find one of my spares and post up a part number.

I was able to get all heater hoses and bypass hose at NAPA. See pic for all the part numbers.

That must be a small fortune for all of them.

I bought 9807 [equivalent] and it cost 10.00 bucks.

That must've run you about 70/80 bucks.

I used the G Body silicone hose also. It is a bit pricey, but works well and maintains look
