Weather Trim and Window Roll up

I recently purchased the POSTON's weather window trim for the part that attaches to the body and seals the window.

Now the window binds against the rubber as it is trying to go up. I opened up the door panel and don't really see any room for window adjustment. How have you guys fixed this issue in the past.

Could it possibly be a door alignment issue, or am I missing the point on the window adjustment?

I reviewed where the window bolts to the scissor lift and the bolt holts are fixed..

There are a bunch of adjustements. Kirban has fairly cheap book that goes through how to do them all. A GM body manual might have them, but the Kirban book is probably easier to follow.
