I took my Nissan b/c its reliable, and just to play around a little. So i'm in the staging lanes and in front of me is a GN, so I talked to him a little. Basically he had a stock car. So when its our turn I end up beside him to go down the track. Naturally he walked away from me, but if I had to lose to anyone i'm glad it was a GN. I was one of the slowest cars their, but manged to beat a hundyia tiberon on the last pass:biggrin: .

nice, I did one for a friend with a ka-t works awesome, I also was very big in the rwd nissan community. I did a lot of sr work and a ton of 240 chassis work

CT, If i had the money I would probably do an SR swap, but the car is fun and reliable the way it is, plus I still get speeding tickets in this car w/o a turbo. I may live to regret this but I beat the Hell outta this car and it Keeps coming back for more even with 191K on it. Should probably look into getting a cheap stock engine for it.
Diaz I felt honored to lose to a GN

I have to say a stock ka with a turbo feels awesome. a stock sr t25 a 40 chip with sr injectors and boy is it fun. this was the first ka I did and i was very impressed. It took very well to 7 psi lol

Stock they are pretty torkey. Is it still running with that 7psi, or has it gone kaboom?

yup, still going strong, used primaraly as a drift car so it sees some abuse

Those 240's are cool cars with great potential. When I was stationed in Japan a guy I knew had a 180SX with an RB26 (yes, from a Skyline GTR!) swapped in! That was a fast mofo but the only thing that sucked was it had cooling problems. Since the RB26 is longer than the SR20 it was so close to the radiator they couldn't get a proper fan on there. So he couldn't run it for extended periods without running hot. Not to mention his car was more broke than running.

Funny you should say that, my car actually runs cold on the highway. I took the clutch fan off a while ago and never had problems with cooling. Even has the original R-12 from the factory (blows real cold), and knock on wood never overheats.
