I am wanting to know this as I did not put it on the car and it must come off. Besides the Intercooler, pipes, hose clamps, and rubber pipe connectors, what else? Is there a piece that connects to the intake and/or to the turbo too???
Let me know I am DIGGING into my V2 kit and going to try and install that before school starts up.....August 25th.

Any and all tips on doing this install are welcome.....even the littlest tips will help my a$$........:D

TIA Nick

three adapters are from the spearco kit:

1:the one going into the intake
2:the one coming out of the turbo
3:the one between the throttle body and the turbo.

Thanks I appreciate it. Does anyone know how much the spearco sells for brand new.......$1200??.......trying to get a idea of a good asking price........someone who is not interested in the system please give me a good asking price;) I was thinking in the 700 to 800 dollar range.......to much? TIA Nick

You should be able to pick up a used Spearco kit for $500

They show up on Ebay or in the Turbo TRader fairly often.

Thanks for the reply, Ya I got mine off and the pipes are a little scratch in spots that you can see and the one pipe going down under the car has two dents in it..........but the intercooler is top notch..........and I had no probs with the system.........but how much do they sell for brandy new? you think 500 is a fair all around price? i guess i just though they went for more. TIA Nick

Do a search on Ebay for completed sales.

This will give you an idea.

I picked up a complete kit for $450 off the Turbo TRader a few years back.

$1,100 to $1,299 brand new. Supply and demand is everything. There aren't too many of these cars still in circulation and Spearco is the only one out there offering this. (Kenne Bell may still offer a kit as well)

You can convert your car to intercooled for many dollars cheaper than $1,100.

The cheapest conversion is one of those Ford Front mount conversions. $250 or less for the intercooler, and $150 in routed/bent pipe. You can also buy the adapters from Spearco (I may have a set in my garage if I recall correctly...dear Lord I need to clean it)

Thanks for the info..........will be posting the intercooler for sale soon enough as I have found a TA49 for sale and I am going to pick that up next week here..............thanks Nick
