I installed directscan today and when I go from "REALTIME DISPLAY" to either, "TEXT","DIAL" or "SCOPE" that's as far as I can go. None of those 3 screens will display. I have to Ctrl>Alt>Delete to get unstuck, Esc won't get me to the previous screen. What's the problem. Is there a prompt or something I'm missing? I'm not very skilled with computers so maybe it's something easy...
