What am I missing?

This is the main harness by the AC Heater box trying to attach the harness loop to where it goes. But it seems the bottom clip juts out and the clip plastic lip juts out too so its a male/male Am I missing a piece?

You're missing a piece that goes on your second picture and clamps around the dryer. That bracket has the mounting hole for the conduit clip.
