What amp for 2 infinity 12" Kappa Pefect 12DVQ subs??

I have no background with amps. I want a name brand amp that will power the subs and allow them to live for a long time while giving them the power they need to sound great. The JL Audio 500/1 runs 100 watts RMS over the rate of the speakers, but is that ok? Any advice is appreciated. I really do not even know what I should be looking for in an amp for these subs.

Oh, and what would be the best box for these subs? what frequency should the box be tuned to?

Precision Power 1250 i had one of these powering 3 Alpine type s 10s. Also go to a good respectable stereo shop and have them build a box for the car. The subs will hit in any box it is the airspace in the car you need. Harry
