What are these thingy doo's?

The first: A weatherpack connector located on the passenger side of the upper plenum. It does not give enough length to plug into itself.


The second is screwed to the A/C dryer, accuumulator area. It appears to have a decal on the top of the unit but it is faded and eroded. The car is equipped with a Casper's thumb wheel. Any help?

Many don't like them, but I have one on my car.. it sends a full signal to the ECM at 60% throttle. I was never able to get the TPS to the proper WOT setting, without messing up the idle setting.
