What Block is This?? 25500010

What is a 25500010 block? Iv'e seen it before but can't remember what it is.

If it is a 4 bolt main, it should be out of a "Camper Special" or a truck that was optioned for towing. GM made them in both 2 and 4 bolts. Either one is good for lots of hp.
