From what i can recall it he was running Red Stripes and a 7th injector.Old school but it worked for a while! He later went to 55s but never got the car tuned before he sold it.

If this was OA's car, the engine was also not stock for that run - rebuilt .030 over, roller cam, and ported Champion GN1 heads.

You would know better than I if the Jay Carter alcohol kit was on the car at the time, or the ATR headers.....

You're right about nothing being wrong with that TE61 though, I have it.

If you have some 28" tall tires you can try do so. It picked my car up a few tenths. Launch your car as hard as you can without pushing or spinning the tires. Maybe like 13-15 psi launches. This should help!! Frank
