Finally got my GN running right after blowing headgaskets in November. Ported the heads, intake and doghouse myself. Installed a 200 amp alternator, 4 gauge skyhigh + cable from bat to alt, 80# injectors, 62MM TB, DW300 and Spectre fuel sender, TT 6.1 chip, fuel pressure transducer and powerlogger. Extra body to engine ground and grounded my wideband at the same place.

The results are great, still need to tune, but battery voltage went from 13.4 to 14.1 and no knock.

How did your weather strip replacement work. I did my passenger side last fall and I regretted ever starting the project. Now that I've done one side, I have to do the other so they match.

I used Soft Seal weatherstripping. They don't have the plastic molding inside the weatherstrip around the window edges. I had to use gorilla glue and tape it down to fit the contours. They were cheap so I can't really complain. Other than that it wasn't that difficult. The car is really quiet after adjusting the windows to seal against the weatherstripping.

Finally installed my Spool Fool One Piece Rear Fiberglass Bumper Filler (had it painted before installation).
Also did a trial install of my GNS Rear Frame Rail Brace (just have it tack welded to confirm fitment). Used 2"x2" x 1/8" wall mild steel square tubing. Will take it back off and have all the welds finished and send out to powder coaters next week. With the installation of this and my UMI rear shock tower brace, it should tighten up the "limp noodle feel" in the back end of the car! Then I can finally install my rear bumper with aluminum bumper support and be done with this project.
