What I do for fun (besides my GN)

Just wanted to share with all of you what I do for fun besides work on and enjoy my GN.

This was my 72 impala I derbied 4 times. Got a best of second place with it. Not too bad considering how rusty it was. Any one notice my number?

I just went to my first demo derby last night, took my 2 year old son. It was really muddy so no one was getting much traction so the crashes kinda sucked, but I have a few buddies who get way into this every year and watching them duke it out was fun. The guys I knew had pretty serious motors in their cars, its kinda funny to hear a really healthy V8 in a completely smashed car.

They have a p/u truck class too, that was pretty cool. Those guys were tearin' it up.

I have a really healthy drivetrain that goes into new derby cars. Fresh 2bbl roller Chevy 350, turbo 350, and bolt in axle 4:56 full spool 12 bolt. I run electric fan, tranny cooler with a fan, and a ton of "TOP SECRET" stuff. Heres some more pics:
