What improves the quality of the 2-3 shift?

Wanting to know if a servo or a quality shift kit can improve the 2-3 shift. I've read about CK's shift kit and servo and seems to be alot of happy people with both. Chris if you read this can you address the servo and your shift kit? Thanks!!

Just had parts extreme's shift kit installed. WOW! Greatly improved 1 to 2, 2 to 3 and 3 to 4. You will love this kit! My tranny guy said he had never seen such a well researched and developed kit. "I never experienced a 2004r perform so well." Monster 2nd gear barks. You will love the performance... I do.
