When I sent my turbo back to Turbonetics because it ate a part from my MAF, I asked if there were any upgrades since it was all apart anyway, the guy I was dealing with said no, the guy that I finished the transaction with (credit card and shipping info) told me that I should have upgraded to some other wheel while it was all apart and being de-done anyway!!!

Then after $500+ of work with them, they did not include a gasket for the oil return, send me one UPS with about a $15 to $20 COD. At the time COD meant cash unless the sending firm approved a check. Since I was picking up at the UPS service desk, I asked Turbonetics to call them and authorize a check because they told me no check and I am waiting outside and they are about to close. They said no, it is against their policy! I told them they could keep the damn gasket and eat the shipping, I'm calling somebody else. Wound up getting a 10 pack for the same as they wanted to charge for one.

My big concern is,( Who stands by their product?)

Depends on what your looking for in a turbo.

Looks like Cal and I may agree on something.... I do have my preference, no doubt most know what that is. I base it on experience, performance and support. Unlike Blown...... I have had excellent results and for the most part, excellent support from Turbonetics. Being a master WD with them I deal directly with Tnetics, as well as PTE and Innovative. If we are going to bring up support, I will have to say, when dealing with me, support is not an issue. My customers are well taken care of, upgrading wheels, although an option is not always necessary, depends on your combination and your goals.
Turbonetics offers a full 1 year warrantee on all their turbos, no questions asked...... maybe a few customers of mine can chime in with the kind of support they have received from me, related to Turbonetics.

Jack, all I can do is relay my direct personal experience with them. Anybody can make a mistake, and I will not cry foul for that as long as the mistake is corrected, but these were CS failures.

Please Note: I did not knock the unit its self; the turbo works great, and it is certainly not their fault that an unrelated part broke and went into the turbo causing the need for a repair to the unit.

well like others have said "it depends what you are lookin for" I swear by Limit  they have allways stood behind thier products
