I had it in the for sale section and realized I can't sell it. I am 22 and just graduated college and need money, but am hearing to many stories from older people that sold their cars and regret it ever since. So then I was driving it the other day and realized I need to go faster. With the combo listed below what turbo could I go with to get in the 10's and have some left over? It is mainly street driven. I don't want to have to open the motor at this time. I think I would go with 65lb injectors.
P.S. If any one would want the turbo and injectors PM me. Thnaks Scott

Or just find a buddy with a 10 second time slip and then pirate it from him, take a picture and post it up on here :p

More boost, tuning, driver cooperation, and good weather.

Thanks for the input, but what size turbo do you think would be best. I was thinking as big as a 70GTQ or the newer 6776 I think they are. Thanks for the help. SCott

Huh??

I guess you could say want more money, just want more to have in savings, but sometimes the turbo bugs just get you. Call it youn ignorance if you will. Thanks Scott

NO... I call it the fish hook in your mouth :p good luck with your "adventure"

Go with the 67bb over a 70gtq. Unless you think that you will want to go faster in the future. But that will need you to upgrade alot of other things. Just how much money do you want to spend? Plus when you go to a 70gtq you have a way of over testing parts.

The 67 BB would be cool, but I am going to try and stay under 900 for the turbo and then whatever the 65 lbs injectors cost. Plus the cost of upgrading my chip. If anyone has a 67 series turbo they are looking to get rid of let me know. Thanks for the input.

tell that to Melissa  that would be her 9 sec run :p never mind that would be to easy ;)

You can lead a horse to water..... but you can't make it drink......

She want's to K.I.S.S..... LOL

I am going to have a tranny brake on mine..... call me adventurous.... just one less thing to worry about when you stage (creeping through the lights annys the crap out of me).

275-60-15 M/T DR's, 6776 turbo, HR bar, replacement control arms, ported polished heads. Tune it. This will put you solidly in the 10's and have great driveability. It will cost some $ though. If your vig is not a 5 disc you will need that too or preferably a PTC 9.5 non locker and a trans brake for consistency.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Look at my sig which will run 10's all day long. You can go with a lot less than i have to run 10's.
