I have an old Smc meth system with an external pump and single nozzle, I was wondering if anyone knows what size nozzle it has, i dont see any #s on it on the outside, it is still connected to pipe and still works good. I would like to spray more meth into car, i was wondering if the dual nozzle kit from razors would replace and fit and flow more than the single smc .Razors kit is real nice but my old smc is still working, and i realy dont want to spend that much yet, Any help on this thanks

Mine had an M10. Pump attached to a/c dryer? 110 psi when the pump was good and went down to 80 psi after a few years. The Razor kit is night and day different and better. It'll supply 150psi to a dual nozzle, but a single M15 would still be an upgrade over what you have. You'll know what I mean as soon as you see and hold the pump from a Razor kit.

if you still have the original pump it probably is spraying meth into the car , just not through the nozzle
try having someone hold test button while watching the pump for leaks
the pumps were never meant to break any records , just enough to make a stockish car run more boost
razor uses those pumps on jetskis
you can upgrade to duals , call razor he can hook you up or just visit his site on ebay

Yes it would attach to a/c dryer but i made a bracket and is in battery box hole, battery in trunk. I know im on borrowed time with this system pump wise, if i did just replace the nozzle my luck the pump would quit and pop a head gasket or more, I guess i should just invest in razors kit and enjoy it, Smc kit is pretty old, thanks for quick response and info.
also can i use the radiator overflow tank i have hooked up to smc pump now for razors kit or do i have to get new one ?

you could if it had the correct AN fitting but SMC doesnt
call and discuss it with razor and if he can do it to save you some $$ he will
if you already have a 3bar map sensor for the powerlogger you can save a few bucks there as you wont need to buy another sensor
