What is the best stall for a LT 72 turbo .63 A/R, 4 inch Inlet and 2.5 compressor outlet,With combo below. And who might have one for sale?@ a good price new or used. Its for a 400 bop.
I was thinking I would need atleast a 3600-3800 stall,correct me if I am wrong.Thanks

HI TONY,
your gonna need at least a 3600 stall for sure.from my own experience a 3200 was definetely not enough;) .i have a pat's converter behind mine and my son's th350 and a pat's in my buddys car.they are a priced excellent and are a quality piece.
ATI also makes an excellent converter for the TH350/400 transmissions behind a turbo car.bill anderson from anderson's performance is a dealer for them.

Nick,

Hi Nick guess I could have asked you, since it was yours.Do you have a phone number for anderson's and do you think I should go with the 3800 instead of the 3600 stall
Have you install the 45 yet?
Talk to you later bud.

Nick good news my converter is a 3400 stall and fullly locked up at 3800 so I guess I don't need one after all.The guy that I bought it from sent me the reciept on the converter, and come to find out its the right one that I need anyway, boy do I feel dum.I knew that It felt like it was around 3500 or so but I wasn't sure, that would explain why I could get 13 plus psi on the 45 turbo at the line.I guess I will atleast give this one a try this spring and see what happens.
See ya
