What was that cartoon?

Anyone remember the name of the cartoon that was on in the late 70's early 80's that was similar to Family Guy but with out the psycho baby and talking dog? It had one character that had that annoying voice who would ask, "Do you know what I mean?....hunh....yea.....hunh...yea.....hunh". It was on early prime time around the same time as George of the Jungle was popular. Speaking of George, there was also the racer Tom Slick and the crimefighter Superchicken on his show. They came on right before or after the Pink Panther. I would love to see some old episodes to see if they are still as funny now as they were then.

only "person" who i can think of with that hunh......yea.....hunh ......yea hunh.....yeah was that deputy "warren" on the andy griffith show, but i still cant recall that cartoon character you're trying to remember somewhere along MILTON THE MONSTER and KOOL KAT. i would love to see again MIGHTY MOUSE, HECKLE & JECKYL, WOODY WOODPECKER, RICOCHET RABBIT, SECRET SQUIRREL, MAGILLA GORILLA & PETER POTOMUS. years ago when i was a drinker, i would get drunk and cut on the 3 STOOGES & BUGGS BUNNY and laugh all day and night.
