What would you pay for this turbo t?

Im currently thinking about getting another turbo car and cam accross one today. Its an 87 Black Turbo -T with T -Tops. Notable options are: posi, reading lamps, aluminum bumper cushions. It does not have the W02 option, it has chrome trim. Car has 172000 miles on the body. Engine and transmission were recently rebuilt and it runs great, adn the trans is very strong. Suspension was just redone, front end, shock, springs, body bushings.....etc Car does need a new driver door due to rust and a new trunklid. other than that, car is very nice (i only need it as a driver anyway) What would you guys pay for this car? he wanted around 4000, but i said ive give him 3500, and he agreed....is it worth it?

Come on.... is this a joke? For $3500, its a steal with all that work done to it.... Take it now....

That's a steal and then some. I paid $3500 for my T and it had 167K on the clock.....99% rust free and all original paperwork though....had basic mods done, but otherwise was untouched. It was so stock it still had the factory crossflow muffler on it.....lol. Pics are at the addy below.....I still think I stole the car for $3500, considering I'm the 3rd registered owner, it had all the paperwork, and has been in the SE it's whole life.....oh, and it was a lil ol lady's car...literally.... :biggrin:

thats what i figured guys.....ive guess ive been a little too spoiled with my TR purchases....i got my GN two summers ago for 5200 with only 53k on the clock and no rust!!! im picking up the car saturday, il post some pics....
