What's a decent torque converter

What's the stock stall on a hot air TC? What about the intercooled 86/86 TCs?

I was thinking in my future I'd do a 3,000 stall, once I'm ready to go faster.

Just curious, is that the amount of timing alot of the older race chips had 34-36*?? Sounds like a lot!

At 19-20psi with 116 octane it's right where it should be with a stock heads and intake car.

Maybe i should just get a race gas chip and go that route instead of alky and another chip, if you got that good of results with the TE44.
