what's a rebuildable turbo worth?

i have a T62 with garrett .63 turbine housing and a .60 a/r compressor. the seals are starting to go and it puffs smoke intermittently. i'd like to go with a bigger turbo as opposed to rebuilding this one. is it worth selling? i'd imagine that it could be rebuilt for a few hundred because the housings and wheels have not collided.
