My first reaction is why was the engine/trans rebuilt? Who did the work? Paperwork to substantiate?
Why was it painted? Pix before the paint? I like original stuff. Shiney hides way too much.
You say no rust but with a new coat it is hard to tell.
To the right buyer you might make it to five digits but I bet actual sale right now $7500 if you want it to move right away. With the paint n overhaul you have more than that in it I'm sure.
