whats needed for this turbo?

I'm thinking of buying a used bb cpt-65 from a board member and need to know what i need to upgrade. I have a bone stock tranny which i know will have to be upgraded. My f/p and injectors are in my sig. I was thinking 55/57#er's and a 3200 stall. What else has to be done? Should i switch to double pumpers? Thanks
