The are all 21v, but whats the -20 -25 or -45 signify?

That signifies the access speed, read in nano-seconds.

the lower the number the faster the chip.
45's will work, although I prefer something a little quicker. No big deal.
 
IMO, getting excited about the nanoseconds rating is getting way too anal about a chip. If you buy 100 at a time you should get a discount.:cool:
 
Not that it matters, but the speeds are in 10's of nanoseconds.

25's are 250nS, 45's are 450nS.
