i placed an order a couple of days ago and i noticed the money hasnt been charged yet. i sent them an e-mail and recieved no response and i tried calling and got no answer. i was kind of hoping to get my parts this weekend as i am located in michigan also about an hour away from them
 
they don't bill your card until the goods are shipped. it's like that with nearly every online retailer. maybe your stuff is on back order.
 
I dont think they keep stock on the shelf like they used to.
I just ordered a plug n play harness a while back and was NOT told it was on back order.
After a week and a half of nothing, I called and found out that FT really was not sure when they would even get it.

I called caspers myself last week and they were straight up, and told me it would not even be built/finished until wed of this week.
I called FT back and told them what the real timeline was and they said "Wow thanx".

Have to admit was let down by not being told it was on backorder and them not having a better idea when the product was to be shipped out/ETA.

Not sure why they didnt have a better grip on this stuff as they have always been better in the past?? Who knows.

Give them a call again or shoot em a email.
 
are all the venders getting swine flu? or are they getting ready for the only good week in the whole year.
 
Yep,they are probably getting ready for BG.

BUT--that would really be a LAME excuse for normal/ bread-n-butter business...:rolleyes: ...

Perhaps you could try their on-line forum directly...

Sorry we were out of the office yesterday until around 3 we still shipped about 30 boxes yesterday. Due to the current ecomomy and slow sales we are not able to keep as much in the building as we used tobut I would be will to put money an the fact that we have more new performance parts in stock than any other Buick Vendor. We have also made some special deals so that we can ship items much faster when we do not have them. If you call and the machine is on for some reason please leave a message and we will get right back to you. Since the slow down we have less staff and sometimes we have to put the machine on for a short time to get things done. While on the subjest of on hand inventory...

Does anyone know WHO might have a pair of fiberglass rear bumper fillers IN STOCK and available to ship immediately ? Black gel-coated fiberglass will suffice until I can get the whole car painted.

If there isn't a whole lot of difference in price, I'll buy a whole set of 4.

I'm trying to get the car ready for Ocean City, MD and we're leaving on the 10th. I'm running out of time and should have ordered them sooner... :D
 
I got through with no problem today. Talked to them and found out my Powerlogger will be here tomorrow. Woot! :D
