Whats your favorite beer?

I like a nice bitter beer.

My fav. right now is Sierra Nevada. If you like that try Hop Devil by Victory Brewery. Zing!!!
Got to give a nod to Old Thumper from Shipyard Brewery too. Definitely different.

Shiner Bock is my standby/fave

St. Arnold has some good stuff too, http://www.starnold.com/ plus they have a way cool tour every Saturday... Is it a bad thing to be on a first name basis with the brewery employees? :)

BTT!

I think there's a party brewing at JOHNDEEREGN's place. He's asking about BBQ sauce and grill preference, so I figure this must be next. I'll bring the Abita. :D

Anyone ever had Fat Tire?
It's a damn good beer.

Very cold Fischer Ale is good too. I believe it is French.

If I'm just picking up a 12 pack at the store, I usually grab Miller Lite.

WERD!!!

I like Dark Beers, Marzen and Guiness
Bud Light or Coors Light when I'm on a budget.
Nothing beats free beer!

Jason, thought you were loosin' it untill I noticed the date of your OP. Some snow would feel good about now!

Right Now:

Samual Smith Oatmeal Stout

the other Samual, as in Adams, is the standard.

Yo man, try RED DOG, most underrated beer. Goes down so smooth you can chug it easy, and so tasty! Yeah, I know, im on my own on this one.

It really depends on the occasion...
if I wanna get f'd up real quick/real cheaply(college;) ) then definatly natty ice(natural ice) or jacobs best ice(like 8% and about $10/case!!)

but as far as best tasting either moosehead or sam adams light

on a side note i was in ireland last summer and had some guiness for FREE from the guiness factory and it was very good....but here in the states its disgusting, dont know why???

but the beer i drink most is miller lite b/c thats what EVERYONE always drinks but I cant complain, as long as they keep making them cat fight commercials....

I'll second the Fat Tire, damn good beer. I also drink a local microbrew called Butt Face Ale......mmmmmm good.

Have to agree, Fat Tire is a tasty beverage:cool:
A few others I really like is Sam Adams Boston Lager, Rolling Rock, Boulevard Wheat and Boulevard Pale Ale (brewed in KC), Red Hook (brewed in WA I think), and Henninger (had it in Germany and haven't found stateside yet).

In the unfortanate circumstances when I'm at a bar and they have no microbrews or specialty beers, I'll drink Miller Lite.

Light/Lite beers being favorites....hahaha, loosers. :D

Best beers in the world:
  • Guinness Extra Stout
  • Chimay - Belgain Ales
  • Sierra Nevada, Boulevard or Fat Tire - Pale Ales
  • Pilsner Urquell - Pilsner (obviously!)
  • Anchor Steam - Steam Beer?
  • Bob's 47 from Boulevard Brewery, second largest in Missouri ;) - Lager category
  • Boulevard's Irish Cream Ale
  • Lucky Hand Brewing - Porter, and a special nod to:
  • "What The Guy On The Floor Is Having" from Colorado (just for the name!)

Molson's my brew of choice. Ice, Golden,Canadian,Export, Light. I love them all. (in that order)
The only beer I will turn down, even for free, is Bud. I'd rather drink muddy water....and have....

Well, are we talking about what we think the "best" beer is or our personal favorite beer?
The best beer is Corsendonk brown;
My favorite beer is probably Milwaukees Best.
It doesn't loose flavor when it gets really cold because it doesn't begin with too much flavor - cheap, easy to find...
