We just got in the "Wheel Rite" wheel & tire simulator because we are finally going to re-size the CCW wheels after the brake up grade for More width...

We have the ride height where we want it, we got the suspension done, 4-wheel disc brakes are finished so it's time to go BIG!

We are going for 275 up front and a 315 in the rear but this time we will be doing what ever it takes to get those sizes under the car, this means even if we have to sell the existing wheels & tires and go to a 17" then so be it but it will get done! So we purchased this nice little tool that we can use to re-size the wheels & tires right the First Time!

With this wheel & tire simulator you can measure the following:

* Wheel Diameter (from 15" up to 30")
* Wheel width 6" to 11"
* Back spacing
* Tire Profile
* Caliper Clearance

The wife and I are contemplating over renting this out or not, we just have not came up with a good plan to protect the tool or rent it properly... Still thinking on that!

Nice find Scot i will be needing this in the near future! Renting may be a little touchy it looks to be plastic but it dont get used like the lip roller so it may be fine good news is the price is not to bad for the unit.

As bad as it sounds I would only rent for full price and then refund accordingly with its safe return......

It was either that or take a card number that matched the mailing address just for security sake. If it came back damaged they just bought it and the card would be charged the full price so it can be replaced and I would then send the damaged one back to the customer.

Or just don't rent it at all......

Right now we are offering it to our customers who order a full suspension or BAER brake package so they can size there wheels & tires without hassle... Just something we are doing to help members and our customers in sizing their wheels & tires properly...

or ask for their firstborn child as a security deposit. Although that may backfire...that may end up being a blessing to some parents..

Lord knows my parents would have loved that... I can't remember how many times they found my porn stashes when I was 15...

memories...ah....

Last I saw they were less than $100 at Summit. Not that much to pay when you concider the cost of a set of 4 rims at $1k or more each...
