We just got in the "Wheel Rite" wheel & tire simulator because we are finally going to re-size the CCW wheels after the brake up grade for More width...
We have the ride height where we want it, we got the suspension done, 4-wheel disc brakes are finished so it's time to go BIG!
We are going for 275 up front and a 315 in the rear but this time we will be doing what ever it takes to get those sizes under the car, this means even if we have to sell the existing wheels & tires and go to a 17" then so be it but it will get done! So we purchased this nice little tool that we can use to re-size the wheels & tires right the First Time!
With this wheel & tire simulator you can measure the following:
* Wheel Diameter (from 15" up to 30")
* Wheel width 6" to 11"
* Back spacing
* Tire Profile
* Caliper Clearance
The wife and I are contemplating over renting this out or not, we just have not came up with a good plan to protect the tool or rent it properly... Still thinking on that!
