Julio,

At 25-26 psi I think I'm getting close as sometimes get a little knock with my knob set on 7...anywhere from .5 to maybe 2.5 at the most and only once and a while. I suppose it could be some false knock but would rather be safe than sorry.

Thanks,
Scott

I think a single is good for at least 125 MPH. I ran a 10.80@124 with the knob on 6. Not by choice though. :p It was on the edge. I had a little bit of knock. I ran almost 126MPH in my GN with the single alky on full blast.

from what i remember reading once your at 125mph in the 1/4 its time

Put it on 8 and if you still get a tickle.. then its time.

If O2's are where they need to be.. like lets say 780-790 and knob is on 8.. you see a little knock in the middle of high gear.. then you need the twin.

Does not apply to knock in 1st gear from blowing tires away.. or knock from shifts.. or knock from downshifts.. etc etc etc

I have not run the car at the track yet this year...last Fall (nice cool weather) and 25-26 psi the car went 120 with zero knock and dial set on 6.5-7. On the street lately I have got into it a few time but would not say it was full WOT through all the gears just mostly short bursts. I have seen little bits of knock here and there plus it has been pretty hot as well...O2's are 780-810 pretty much all the time. Will the knock sensor pick up noise from the rear of the car ?...pretty sure my 3" ATR exhaust hits the rear frame rail where it goes over the rear from time to time plus I'm now running TRZ double adjustable rear control arms and UMI adjustable panhard bar so there are no rubber or urethane bushing just heim joints w/solid S/S bushings that I'm sure are transferring a little noise into the chassis as well.

Thanks,
Scott

I added dual nozzle when I hit 122ish. I'd rather run my dual nozzle at 6 then single nozzle at 8.

yeah that's kinda my thinking...did almost 121 last Fall...guessing with the new taller 28" tires I may pic up another 1 or 2 mph ;)
