When the alt has no more room for POS+ terminals

I have the back of my alt loaded up with remote terminals, coming from my Racetronix injector harness, Racetronix custom evac pump, Racetronix hot wire kit, my POS+ wire from the battery, and my Racetronix custom one off air pump to run my AMS500. So with space being limited on the back of my alt I barely have enough room to tighten these wire loops down. So I called by buddy Jack at Racetronix about my situation and he told me to bring the car by his shop to install a POS+ remote terminal. Pictured below

We spent about 3 hours, cutting, splicing and re looming the wires that I had going to my alt and also ran new wires from the pump in my trunk to the front. This has cleaned up my engine compartment and also given me a remote terminal for POS+ feeds. Pics below are the finished piece.

NICE... I just started to get in the mood to play with my Buick /Mazda. I need one of them to get rid of the rats nest I have... Now that I am thinking about it ..I need something like that for the other Buicks here.

I had the same problem with the alt. stud not being long enough to attach all my extra terminals on to a couple of years ago.

What i did was to bolt an 1'' "L" shaped bracket with one hole on each end and then put a 1/2 " long bolt in it to act as the alt. stud. It's been like this for 2 years without any problems and i could put any length bolt in it for the alt. stud if needed.

Simple and works great.

you can get all the pieces for the remote junction block from pretty much any late 80's and newer GM vehicle with HD electrical systems- 9C1 Caprices have all sorts of goodies like this on them..

the 94-96 Caprices would be the best bet- grab the whole underhood fuse box and you'd get a bunch of relays of different sizes and ratings, about 20 mini ATO fuse slots, and either 4 or 6 big ATO fuse slots with a bigass terminal to hook the battery to. the whole works pops apart with a screwdriver so you can add or remove wiring and terminals as you need them.

Im doing something similar only using a dist. block with fused terminals:

So everything I hotwire will have the fuse right at the dist. block.
