When to go with aftermarket TB and doghouse?

Sorry, I forgot about this post. I'll post a pic tonight, pretty sure it's aluminum. My dumba$$ had it powder coated silver without even thinking that I wasn't going to reuse it. When I took the intake apart I just threw it in with the rest of the parts going to the powder coater.

i have a spacer and i am going to get a RJC PP
do it put the PP first onto the intake manifold or the spacer then the PP on top of it.
from intake manifold up
A1-PP
2-spacer
3-dog house

OR

B1-Spacer
2-PP
3-Dog house

Top to bottom:
1. TB/plenum
2. Powerplate
3. Spacer

Put the extra volume after the powerplate. Thats what ive always done and it works great.
