I have the PTE Front Mount and I need to find hoses. the intercooler pipes are 3" and I need one to be able to fit my stock throttle body and the other to fit my te45a turbo.

I just wto know if I can buy them locally or through a Vendor. this is my first Turbo car and I had it for about a year now so cut me some slack...thanks...

probably through a vendor is better, that way you know your getting the right ones. Also they have reducers for your TB and turbo

I got mine through aggeressive auto but I bet cottons, rjc, southeast turbo and precision could help you out.Good Luck!!!!!!

I used to use HIGHTEMPSILICONE.com for all my 4ply silicone couplers... they are AWESOME quality and they have anything you need... and can make anything you want....but just recently their website says "website closed". :frown:

I use Verocious Motorsports because they will cut it to any custom length that you want. I often find the standard 3" silicone couplers aren't long enough, they pop off during boost, and make installation harder because they don't allow much slack. Having a 4" or 5" silicone hose makes a world of difference.

If you want to buy locally NAPA auto parts has turbo hoses of various sizes and will cut it any length you want.

FInd a local hydraulic shop/hose builders. They have the good ones - for heavy equipment and such.

Funny thing is that the local NAPA said that they do not have any.

That could be true it's been quite a few years since i bought any of the hose from them.

But i find it's usually who is helping you and if they know anything.

I've asked for things before at parts stores and would be told they didn't have the item or didn't carry it, then go to another employee in the same store a few minutes later and they would somehow find the item for me.

That's because some of them are cashiers and the others are true car fanatics...

Yes it does and they are nice quality stuff at 1/3rd the price.
