where to find turbo flanges

Where can I find just plain un-welded stock turbo flanges? I'm putting a GN turbo into another car and need to weld the exhaust for it.

Also, how much power do you guys run with the 2.5" downpipe?

ATR sells them. I don't know if they're listed online or not, but they are in their catalog.
