Where to get turbo rebuilt or buy new!

Could someone please help with this ??? My WE4's turbo has gone bad and I either need it rebuilt or to buy a new one...

Just installed greenstripes, alchy kit and rjc power plate...

Great reason to upgrade to a TA49 or TE44. Might have to reconsider the 30# green stripes if you push the car too much.
