I think I broke it!!
Please bear with me , I'm new to the GN game. I,m doing a little spring cleaning on the 86 GN. Everything good so far. TPS set to specs. IAC checks ok. So then I adjust TV cable according to procedures in the tech section. Set it to "factory setting". Car now won't shift into overdrive til about 80mph! Shifts very sluggish. Not Good! Went back and read it again and reset it again only this time went about 2 extra clicks. It shifts better now but I can still feel flaring in between. Prior to my "adjustments" this thing would pretty much break the tires loose from 1st to 2nd under WOT, not just bark the tires! Even 2nd to 3rd felt really positive. Now I can barely feel the gear change. I've tried 1 click at a time until I'm out of clicks! Any ideas how I can get the snap back? Nothing else was changed during this process. I'm in the learning process so I make sure to do only one thing at a time. What do you guys think??
